Six – Banyan Monastery is an active center of Buddhists. The monastery was built during the Southern Dynasty (420-589 A.C.) in 537. You’ll se here well preserved the highest ancient pagoda of the city. It’s of 57 meters height. The remains of Buddha are in this tower. The texts inscribed on the stone obelisks stela say about the history of the monastery during the different dynasties. There are bronze statues of Buddha and Guanyi Divinity are in the monastery.
