It was opened in 1990 and since then has been arranging exhibitions of modern artists from Russia and abroad. The area of the exhibition pavilions totals 700 square meters. ART ETAGE has housed the exhibitions of modern Russian artists living abroad (M. Shemyakin, O. Rabin), artists from St. Petersburg and Holland. Exhibition of Japanese photos takes place here either.
