Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk was founded in1881 and located in lowland
Susunajskaya. Mushrooms, more than 100 kinds of trees, bushes and ligneous
lianas, over 1000 kinds of grassy plants grow in vicinities of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
Labrador tea and golden rhododendron dominate on the crests of hills. The
dark-needle taiga, the deciduous and mixed woods settle down the slopes.
