IIt's the largest and one of the most magnificent art gallery of Siberia. It includes round about 8000 art works: works of Russian paintings of the 18th-19th centuries (Sourikov, Tropinin, Repin), samples of Western-European art, sculptures, graphics and applied art. A unique exhibition of Russian icons, including so-called "people's icons ". You'll see paintings by Nikolai Rerikh. He bequeathed 60 works to the gallery. Svyatoslav, the son of Nikolai Rerikh, presented 5 more paintings.
