The tour "Barguzin Valley - the Ancient Land Barguzin - Tokum"
The tour starts from Ust-Barguzin village. A car trip to the northern steppes
of Asia: contrast of landsapes, sacred places of Buryats. Barguzin-Tokum Land is
mentioned by Persian historian Rashid-Ad-Din in his Album of Annals. The name of
this land can be translated as wirlderness, a little out-of-the way place and
edge. Natural and archeological monuments appeared on the idol rock Dancing
Janjima in XXI century. Lots of hot healing springs and overhung snow peaks of
Barguzin Range will creat an unforgettable impression with you. To see so
many powerful places sceneries during one day, - it doesn't happen often.
Lunch in Buryat family. The ethnographic museum - jurta. Visit of the old town
Barguzinsk.
