The City tour in Ulan-Ude
Ulan-Ude is the third largest city in the Eastern Siberia. You'll see the
place of the city foundation that took place almost three centuries ago. Today
Ulan-Ude is the industrial, scientific and cultural center of Eastern Siberia. You'll
walk along Lenin, the most beautiful street of the city, street linking the
Square of Revolution and the Soviets Square with the monument of Lenin's
head, the biggest in the world. The majority of buildings of this street are the
architectural monuments of history.
The Cathedral of the Icon of the Mother of God Hodigitria, the first stone building of the
city, trading rows... you'll feel unique atmosphere being here.
